looking for a set of 19's in the Ohio area or close by.

That's my plan too, unless I find a reasonable pair locally. Have to find used components though or there is no cost savings. Already have the woofs. Need HF horns, drivers and networks.

have you considered clones?

benefits would be opportunity to overbuild the enclosure, cost....
